For the past few years an interprovincial novitiate has been held in Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland with aspirants coming from places such as Germany, Holland, Lithuania and Canada, as well as Ireland and the UK.

The present community comprises Danish, English, German and Irish Friars and present day novices from Canada, Belgium and Austria.
